Our mission is to show that mental health takes a village — and to give every Long Islander the teammates and activities they need to stay mentally strong.
At Minds in Need, we believe that healing is easier when the mind has something positive to focus on. That’s why we collect and donate board games, puzzles, books, and art supplies to children, teens, and adults staying in Northwell Health mental hospitals. We also arrange activities that help people stay physically and mentally active.
